El replanteo es la operación que tiene por objeto trasladar fielmente al terreno las dimensiones y formas indicadas que integran la documentación técnica de la obra.
Antes hay que considerar ciertos aspectos que pueden incidir en la consecución de la obra, como el Estudio Geotécnico, las medianeras y el estado de las construcciones que puedan verse afectadas o los posibles derribos y demoliciones.
El replanteo es responsabilidad directa del Jefe de Obra, quien deberá contemplar desde el replanteo general del terreno hasta el replanteo de todas las cubiertas, sin dejar de lado ningún elemento de la edificación, desde cimentaciones, estructuras, albañilerías, etc.
El Acta de Replanteo es un documento contractual que se realiza después de comprobar el replanteo general de la obra, constando allí las incidencias del solar, dimensiones, cotas y la fecha que indica el comienzo oficial del inicio de las obras.
